1. Delivery Options
At Everlasting Tech Group, we prioritize fast and reliable delivery for every order. However, please note that delivery timelines provided are estimates only. We will always do our best to meet them, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If a customer refuses or fails to accept delivery, they may be held responsible for any resulting losses or damages. In such cases, Everlasting Tech Group reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase value.
Once goods are delivered, they become the customer’s responsibility. Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt and notify us in writing within 3 days of any visible defects.
If no notification is received, the order will be deemed to have been delivered in good condition and accepted.
2. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full, without any deductions or counterclaims, on or before the payment due date.
Prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
All applicable taxes, duties, and delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are included in the final invoice.
Everlasting Tech Group reserves the right to change product pricing or discontinue services without prior notice.
We are not liable for any temporary unavailability, price changes, or modifications to products and services offered.
3. Return Policy
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if a return is necessary, please observe the following guidelines:
Returns must be made within 3 days of purchase and items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Defective products due to manufacturing faults must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns must include original receipts/invoices and all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Goods returned after 48 hours but within 5 days may qualify for a credit note, provided they are in resalable condition.
Items not properly packaged for return may be subject to a 15% handling fee.
No returns are accepted for sealed goods once opened, unless covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Products marked as special orders, clearance items, or hardware components may not be eligible for return.
Customers outside Nairobi should contact us within the return period for guidance on safe return procedures.
4. Warranty Policy
Unless stated otherwise, all products sold by Everlasting Tech Group are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically 12 months from the purchase date.
We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
We do not guarantee compatibility or suitability for specific systems — please confirm before purchasing.
Tampering, missing serial numbers, or writing on devices will void the warranty.
For faster service, products with manufacturer warranties should be taken to the authorized service centers (usually located in Nairobi CBD).
5. Customer Agreement
By placing an order through our website or any of our sales channels, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
All goods sold by Everlasting Tech Group are supplied strictly under these terms.
No agent, staff member, or representative is authorized to amend these terms unless confirmed in writing by our management.
6. VAT (Value Added Tax)
In accordance with Kenyan tax regulations, VAT is charged at 16%.
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated.
